1. Contact head office and provisionally book
the date of your party, the earlier the better for weekend
bookings.
2. Your Party Planner or Head Office
will contact you within 48 hours to confirm date, venue,
start and finish times and price and give you a personal
contact number.
3. The cost of the Party Planner is
£55 plus the cost of the Baby Shower Party Pack.
4. There is a further cost for travelling
of £1.00 per mile (one way), but the first 15
miles from the planners address are included in the
above price. This will be calculated using www.multimap.co.uk
- post code to post code.
5. Order and pay for your party pack
and planner, your party is now a confirmed booking for
your required date.
6. Any questions you may have, feel
free to contact your Party Planner.
7. Two weeks prior to your party, your
Party Planner will contact you to finalise details;
number of guests, number of games, which order, etc.
8. Day before – final check by
your Party Planner.
9. Dependant on number of guests, your
Party Planner will arrive between 30 – 45 minutes
before the agreed start time.
10. Your Party Planner will liaise
with mum to be regarding – decorations, greeting
guests, coats, presents, seating, order of games, food
breaks, drink breaks, etc.
11. Your Party Planner will dress table,
inflate and display balloons, put up banners etc. All
necessary fixings will be provided.
12. Your Party Planner will introduce
herself to the guests and outline the evening’s
entertainment.
13. Your Party Planner will organise
games and the general order of the party.
14. Your Party Planner will also stay
for 30 minutes after the agreed end of your party to
help you clear up. |
